Fabulous place to stay for an indulging beach vacation. Located on Seven Mile beach to the west more open, less developed beach space. to the Easy, very busy very delvloped. Location gives you the best of both. Fabulous service from a very engaged staff.
Pros: Classy elegant, relaxed, incredible staff

It's the Ritz. What more can I say. I did not use and facilities because I had an upgraded room a didn't want to leave it. We wanted to relax and celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary; and that's what we did.
Pros: I loved the location and luxury. Anything we wanted was available (for a price). The staff was superb. The food was excellent. The area was safe to wander about town.
Cons: I did not like being billed $49 for a collect call to my bank.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, staff cant...
Pros: We were treated to an upgrade to a sea view room which was much appreciated. Many thanks to Aileen for that. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. This hotel surpassed our expectations. The pool is fantastic, the beach is incredible. The bed was super comfy. Outstanding hotel in an outstanding location. The staff made this trip. Special mention to Aileen at the front desk, TJ and Tyler at the pool bar, Yuri at the pool. I wish I could remember more names but they are all a credit to the Ritz. The front door staff are particularly fantastic.
Cons: The individual sun shades on the beach loungers did not cover the full body, and had to be adjusted right in front of us to block the sun in the evenings. Quite disappointing to have to block out the beautiful view of the Caribbean to shield ourselves from the sun. They should change those to parasols. Also, the bar in the hotel closed approximately 1am, despite there being a group of us enjoying drinks there. For the price of the stay the bar should certainly serve longer than that.
