Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Liked being a bit off the beaten path, in neighborhood rather than string of hotels. Nice pool and dock for swimming. Lovely outside eating area.
Cons: Beds and bathrooms, towels and sheets were all a bit worn. 100% cotton is important for comfort in the tropics. Basic breakfast should have been included for that price. Screens on the windows for those of us who like the sound of the sea and not AC.
Pros: The atmosphere was extremely relaxed and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the food in the restaurant consistently good with enough variety for a week stay.
Pros: You are made to feel like family here. The owner, Arie, is "hands on", and is one of the hardest working persons I know. The staff is fantastic !!!!!
family with older children
Pros: friendly, accommodating owner Mr. Arie
great suite with terrific a/c and strong, hot shower
quiet surroundings and beautiful view
very accommodating dive staff and good equipment
Cons: food could use some work--a little more variety , prepared more carefully, and prices could be somewhat less expensive
would be better to have an ala carte breakfast menu rather than to have to pay a set price (about 15 USD) for a full breakfast which I never eat (toast and juice is all I eat, and it was difficult to see spending that amount of money )
Pros: From pick-up from airport to the resort, it was a nice welcome. The view at dinner is outstanding! Our room is big and clean and can see the dock from our 2nd floor room. The restaurant/ bar menu has a great selection and prices w huge portion to share. Colin was the best bartender which provide no worries attitude. Some how the female bartenders was just OK.
I love the partnership they have w Divetech which also provided great services. They are not a VIP dive shop, you carry, set-up,change, and clean your gear, but the staffs will help you if needed. They provide a locker for storing your gear overnight, they provided a cleaning stations which they change water periodically, and 2 shore dives locations w good briefing for shore dives and boat dives. Christian, Drew, and Steve was my favorite dive guides! They allowed me to use up my air and explore my own within their sight. Their briefing was entertaining and educational! Toni and Marie catered to new divers which was OK,but changed psi / time to be back on the boat to accommodate newly certified divers who's air didn't last after 40mins.
Cons: The female bartenders and female dive guides was not very accommodating as the guys. However, they just provided an OK service. They need to smile and greet customers more and give a no worries island welcome.

Pros: The dive shop for snorkeling and scuba diving was right on the premises. Swimming pool.
Cons: Would have like the breakfast hours to be a little bit longer. I'm not an early riser!
