Pros: Fantastic central location with parking a couple of streets away. The room was nice and dark, reception staff were generally very helpful and patient with non-native Spanish speakers trying to speak in Spanish.
Cons: The breakfast seemed a little expensive so we ate outside, plenty to choose from though.
The music playing in the hotel went on till quite late at night apart from on Sunday night. Lower the volume or turn it off a bit earlier please, not everyone wants to go to sleep late!

Pros: The location
family with older children
Pros: Really good location and good reception staff that provided great help on local tours.
Cons: Noise is an issue from an all night bar at the front of the hotel. Avoid rooms near reception if you want to sleep soundly. The rooms at the back, away from reception are super quiet.
Rooms could do with airing as there are damp issues in this historic building.
Breakfast is not the greatest - take a short walk to the main square better prices and quality.
Pros: Loved our room, really large with a comfy bed. Location is central and the hotel is set back from the road and really quiet. Reception staff were helpful
Cons: Service at breakfast was unfriendly, coffee was weak (and espresso machine could not be used), cooked food was lukewarm and not very tasty, also breakfast was well overpriced for Mexico. I would recommend you take breakfast in one on the numerous cafes close by
Pros: Excellent location, very central. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room with good comfortable bed and choice of pillows - softer or harder! Courtyard garden pleasant for sitting.
Cons: Overuse of disposable cups, would prefer china mugs and glasses rather than constant replacement of plastic throwaways. Similarly eco-towel system did not work well, reusing towels wasn't straightforward. More coat hooks would be useful.
