Traveling as Couple
It was good enough for the purpose of my stay, good location, the room is comfortable and fairly clean, nice bedding. Love the jelwery store (PM lady working there is fantastic!) and the coffe shop. Some of the employees look down at you if you look like a backpacker (as I did) which I found to be so stupid. Chiapas is like Mother Nature's Paradise and you need to be comfortable, especially if you are driving around from great lakes to fantastic waterfalls to the jungle, etc. Some of the employees need to improve their customer service skills.
Pros: Sunday brunch was fabolous and priced right, location is good, and most of the employees are nice.
Cons: Asked for botlle of water and never got it, the lights in the bathroom didn't work, very difficult time trying to print boarding pass, front desk lady needs better customer service skills.

Cons: Pool was dirty & was not clean I was not able to use & that is one of my main requirement for my stay there !
Good value for money
Pros: Staff was helpful. Near the main avenue in Tuxtla where all the restaurants are.
Cons: Parking was full because of an event. Hotel guests did not have priority. The room was fairly clean, but the sheets were old and the disinfectant used to clean the bathroom and floors was oily and it noticed.
Cons: The rate charged by the hotel was higher than the one on your website. My reservation stated that the room would cost me 969 MXN including taxes, but they told me at the reception desk that the rate was 1,079.86 MXN.
A fine hotel for a...
Pros: Large rooms with good twin beds and sufficient lamplight in the room, good curtains to darken the room, no traffic noise. Large breakfast buffet of a good quality included in the price of our room. Good free wifi. Sufficient parking facilities. Very polite staff.
Cons: Located along a main road with some shopping centers, far away from the city center, a drive of about 10 minutes. Rather noisy rooms (if somebody walks in an other room or the corridor) because of floors with tiles. (The GPS location of the hotel on Booking.com is not correct. It is about 300 meters in the wrong direction. This is of course not a mistake of the hotel.)
