As the name suggests, the menu focuses on artisanal meats and cheeses, including house-made goat and pork sausages, house-smoked ham and local Avalanche Cheese Co. chèvre. Share one of the themed “boards” like the biscuit, steak or sausage boards. Other items include the frisée salad—topped with five-spice duck confit, spicy sugared pecans and chèvre—the tamarind chicken sandwich and Korean barbecue.
