Holden/Marolt Mining and Ranching Museum is at 40180 SR 82. Located in an 1890s barn, this living-history museum tells the story of the silver mining boom in Aspen 1879-93. It also depicts the “quiet years” of ranching between the silver bust and the skiing/cultural boom that began in the 1940s. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
