Pros: Wonderful location in a quiet open area by the park.So easy to access all of Aspen Great lounge area and lots of seating . Relaxing areas. Genius 'Happy Hour' 3-7 !! Good choice of drinks with the addition of pizzas Comfortable room Helpful and friendly staff
Cons: Why not use duvet covers??? Really surprised by this sheet arrangement. For those who like to have loose bed covers at night this makes a really untidy bed! Bottom sheet had a rip-which I feel should have been noticed by housekeeping and changed

Pros: Downtown, close to all restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Room 233 (corner room) is spacious, comfortable, and elegant. Lovely trees outside our window. Limelight driver Allan drove us all the way to the Maroon Bells, and picked us up at our requested time, as it was preseason and the National Park bus was not in service yet (June 1). All staff were wonderful!
Cons: Robert tried to give us a first floor room (108) next to the pool which has less privacy. We were then reassigned Room 233 (corner room) when we requested better accommodations. We had booked a deluxe room many months ago. Robert was very gracious and helpful.

Pros: Everything; the staff were particularly welcoming and helpful. It was a fabulous holiday break in the off-season. I would definitely come back.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like; the only comment would be that the breakfast did become a little routine after 4 days.
