Walked out side to ice skating( yes its July), shops and resturants. We did a 120 mile bike ride and enjoyed the hot tub. Perfect location. Will definetly go back.
Pros: High class amazing staff, pool hot tub great treat.
Pros: The staff was the best thing about this hotel.
Cons: The mattress was not very firm. My back hurt in the am. I realize this is a personal preference.
Very Good
Pros: Great location Great fireplace in the lobby
Cons: The rooms are looking abit dated.
We were treated like royalty!
Pros: The entire staff made our trip a unique one. From the Valet service & Front Desk Check-In to the restaurant & pool staff we were pampered! Our dinner at the restaurant was one of the best ever. I had the Halibut dish and my partner had the New York Strip with the side of sprouts. Very different dish but delicious! If you stay, enjoy their restaurant. Our room was overlooking the mountain - a stunning view! You will like their bedding and towels, very upscale! .
Cons: Their little to go Cafe is very expensive for what you get. There food was not worth the price and not tasty. We had a breakfast sandwich and bagel with cream cheese. I think the bagel came in a package.
Truly ski in ski out.
Pros: Truly ski in ski out. We love the location next to the slopes and ease of getting right on the lift. Love the wine champagne and smores apres ski.
Cons: Bar was poorly stocked. Could sell a lot More if the had a fun cocktail list. Not much ambiance to it. The restaurant services were very very slow. We've stayed at Park Hyatt three years in a row. This was the worst ever for service in the restaurant. During dinner one night we had to ask to find our server and was told she went on break during our Dinner! She had forgotten to order the mushrooms with no cream (I am lactose intolerant) so I didn't eat them. Breakfast buffet was also really slow. Selection not as big as previous years. The egg chef took forever. Notmany people dining but waited more than 5 Min for egg order. One of us ordered off the menu and didn't get food till others were done eating. We ate the rest of our meals elsewhere since it was such a pain to eat at the hotel. We love the location and want to come back. The service really needs to improve. Stayed at Four Seasons in Vail this winter. Service there was top notch. Bar had atmosphere and fun. Park Hyatt Lobby bar needs a boost. Bars are money makers. This one wasn't lively and several drinks we ordered could not be made for lack of the correct liquor to make it. A professional bartender is needed. Servers were making their own drinks.
