Fantastic!!
Pros: The hotel was incredible and the staff always went above and beyond. The little touches along (the water and snacks in your car when you picked up the valet, the s’mores at the fire, the champagne at the spa, the complimentary hiking and activities) brought it over the top. Kudos to our favorite staff member Dani, our hiking guide, who was lovely and went the extra mile! Dream hotel!

Staff and the guest rooms were excellent! Not happy with the location and lack of other stores, and restaurants. We had a great time but, we enjoy the location of the park Hyatt so much better.
Pros: Quality of guest room and staff!
Cons: There were not many shops or stores to buy things.
