Loved everything about this hotel. The setting, the beautiful building itself, the restaurants, the staff, the fitness center. Everyone was incredibly helpful and wanted to make certain we enjoyed our stay which we thoroughly did. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel.
Pros: The setting was beautiful. Everything was absolutely lovely about this hotel.

Staff and the guest rooms were excellent! Not happy with the location and lack of other stores, and restaurants. We had a great time but, we enjoy the location of the park Hyatt so much better.
Pros: Quality of guest room and staff!
Cons: There were not many shops or stores to buy things.

Sad to see ordinary people treating people rudely when they are no different than customers that pay their wages.
Pros: THE VIEW. Not really, we asked for an upgrade, told we would have a view, only to be on the the second floor with a view of the road in front on the "hotel".
Cons: so many things.... it was on a reduced rate to allow others without wealth to enjoy the pleasures normally afforded to those with money to enjoy their life style. The staff knew the going in price and treated us as cattle.

Would return if in the...
Pros: A very good stopover en route from East to West Coast; very dog-friendly and good breakfast.
Cons: Dinner at Wyld really boring food; no seasoning! Service haphazard throughout the hotel even though everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help; just lacks coordination and staff communication. Otherwise such a great location and very well laid-out room.
