Pros: Great restaurant with excellent food, a nice fire place in the room, great place for the winter to ski or hiking in summer, well equipped gym, nice sauna (men and women sepparated)
Cons: Our room was not cleaned one day and receptionist offered to make an appointment for the next day (our departure day). This is not acceptable for a Ritz-Carlton, at least towels and toilet paper was brought with a glass of wine.
