Pros: Your prompt questions are off-putting and make me not want to respond. Concierge named Scarlet was fantastic. Please give 'em a promotion, like, yesterday. Or at least more money. Throw more money at them.
Cons: They don't actually offer free wifi for people who aren't rewards members but if you mention that you went through bookings.com they say "I don't know why they have that on there, but I'll just go ahead and waive that for you".

Pros: Everything was fine.
Cons: There was only one computer for guests to use, tucked away in an alcove, and one person was using it, others waiting. I had just come from a Courtyard which had two easily accessed computers and was disappointed with the more difficult situation at the Marriott. I also didn't like the closed off area for special guests. I didn't know about this in Marriotts, though someone at the front desk explained it. I guess that it might have been better if that were not right on the lobby where people who couldn't enter were faced with knowing they could not enter. It just didn't seem so friendly. The desk clerk did explain that I could have entered for an extra $20 per night, but then I am not sure what I would have received other than being able to go into a closed off area. All mysterious and not so welcoming.

Pros:
Cons: We had 3 people staying in 1 room and we're given a single king bed room. We went back to the desk where we were told there are no more double queen rooms, but they would put us in a different room with a pull out sofa bed. That room did not have a pull out so we went back to the front desk and we're assigned a third room which thankfully did have a pull out.
