Pros: Reception staff more than helpful Bedroom M Executive lounge with great Snacks and breakfast
Cons: Room with better view. It we can't all have th nest view i suppose. It pricy

Pros: Great breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was a big stain in the carpet between the 2 beds. I thought the room price could have been lower.

Pros: Good food in the lobby restaurant, very accommodating service
Cons: Carpeting in room was so dirty I didn't want to walk on it. One washcloth in the bathroom. Uncomfortable pillows on the bed.

Pros: VIP room with snacks and drinks. Good shower water pressure.
Cons: Loud nearby truck noises early every morning. Guaranteed 2 queens weren't available except in disabled-accessible room. No microwave or mini-fridge in room. (expected to have those given room cost.) Slow and sometimes broken elevators. After sitting down in restaurant area we were ignored for 20 minutes (no one coming to take an order) before deciding to go elsewhere. No hot tub in pool area.
