Recommend as a Comfortable place...
Pros: Spacious well appointed room, being about 8mx 8m. That’s 64sq meters , it is really comfortable, it was clean and like new,
There was :- a dining area with table for 4 , a tv lounge area with an L shaped sofa and separate arm chair chair, a total of 3 TVs.
In the kitchen area there was a sink, a fridge, a microwave and a a coffe maker , (there was no cook top of oven or dishwasher like you get in some places) , only a limited amount of crockery and cutlery.
A large bathroom with double basins and shower , (no bath tub) a wc and a lot of space. A separate bedroom, with good sized bed, reasonable wardrobe, useful shelving. The heating / air con worked well too.
A great example of very comfortable and liveable accommodation.
Cons: Breakfast was included and there was a reasonable but limited choice, but the service was not well managed, eg one day despite 8 large jugs of juice on the buffet there was not a single glass to drink from ! The breakfast closed quite early! at 9am on weekdays, also it closed quite suddenly, eg the buffet was re filled with piles of fresh cooked food by the kitchen , then 2 minutes later the waiting staff were closing down and removing every thing.
It’s not in the greatest location for the best bits of Pearl Street, despite actually being on Peaktb Street , Ok if you have a car, there is a hire bike stand , and a major bus station adjacent or you can walk but about 40 minutes walking to the main area.
There is a good Wholefoods supermarket across the road. Also a Barnes and Noble book store with a Starbucks. Next door a fun and popular reasonable priced restaurant with a good menu and bar.
