Flavorful, innovative dishes have earned chef/co-owner Bradford Heap well-deserved local and national attention. The menu changes seasonally and focuses on local, organic ingredients. Sample items include tomato soup with goat cheese, steak salad with avocado and summer vegetables, tender pork belly risotto, local lamb sausage, Tom's Tavern burger, and grilled Southwestern lane snapper. Many of the tasty craft cocktails feature Colorado spirits. Don't worry, there are plenty of local craft beers and wines if you're not in the cocktail frame of mind.
