AAA Inspector Notes
The lodge-like exterior and lobby décor create a feeling of intimacy at this spacious resort. Swim or soak while gazing at the ski slopes in the outdoor pool and hot tub, which are open year-round. Owners decorate the units according to their taste, but even the smallest unit has a gas fireplace. A heated underground garage makes winter parking simple. A ski valet is on site, along with ski and bike storage. You can walk to the gondola, shops and restaurants. Smoke free premises. 60 condominiums. 4-5 stories, interior corridors.

Pros: Great hotel. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Suggestion: in afternoon a staff person should monitor over zealous boys doing cannonballs and not allowing others any room to swim. One boy pushed my 8 yr-old under water and 2 young girls left pool as boys obnoxious. Pool was out of control during our stay. This comment should have been placed below.

Pros: We decided to take this trip a week before we left. Honestly didn't think it would work out but we were so tired of the heat advisories every day in MO and we just felt desperate to get away. Had to try. This location was the perfect cure for our overheated souls!! We drove from 3am to 3pm and we were exhausted when we arrived. The check-in was easy. So easy! Room was ready, no waiting for anything. Staff was great and explained everything quickly. We had our room keys and got the car parked (underground, right next to elevator) and had our stuff in the room in less than an hour. Fast! Effortless! The room was comfortable, clean, well furnished, quiet, perfectly located and had a beautiful view of Mt Baldy. I was amazed. Must also mention the bluebird that sat on our balcony and sang for us one afternoon. We had the door open and we watched and listened to her for at least 15 minutes. What a special gift! We had a loose shelf in the bathroom and mentioned it to a guy carrying a ladder near the parking garage. I thought he would tell us how to report it, but he put away the ladder and came to the room with us and had it fixed pronto! Wow! That was the only time we needed anything and that's amazing! Check out was simple and we left our perfect mountain spot with smiles on our faces! Peaceful, wonderful, cool temperatures and fun. Love this place!
Cons: Not applicable! Loved everything!

Pros: Location is excellence. Right on Main Street with access to great shops and restaurants. The one-bedroom condo with a Murphy bed provided us plenty of space and beds for everyone.
Cons: The front desk staff had some communication challenges, both in terms of explaining things clearly and providing excellent customer service. It was fine, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Pros: Location was perfect. Very nicely appointed.
Cons: A little "resorty" The windows don't allow for much of a view of the spectacular mountains
