Cons: Not allow kids under 16 in the Tap Room after 6:00pm. They were very loud, disrespectful, rude and destructive by throwing pool balls and hitting the pool tables with the pool sticks.

Pros: The heated pool was great it was nice swimming outside in February most indoor pools I've used are way colder
Cons: We have 3 kids and felt like it's not a family friendly hotel we got stuck in a king bed room with a twin pullout we had to request they wouldn't let us have 2 pull outs one kid slept on the chair the other on the pull out and one with us.

Pros: It was nice having a pub and 24/7 room service available. Coffee to our room every morning was very nice.
Cons: Only issue we had was the cleaning of our room. We were gone from 8 am to 6 pm and house keeping never made it. We needed towels so I called front desk. I waited two hours before I called again just to get 2 towels. They were apologetic.

Pros: It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location - not especially close to a lot of places but with a golf course and resort pools. There are some eating places not far away but many are going to be 7 to 8 miles from the hotel. Free parking was also nice.
Cons: We were on the second floor close to the elevators and we could hear a lot of noise from the first level coming up through the balcony area. We were up early for skiing but if we had wanted to just relax in the quiet it would not have been possible.

Pros: Nice hotel overall, good access from I-36, somewhat isolated in the Interlocken area but nice trade off of short drive to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment balanced by golf course and mountain views in business park.
Cons: Very clean but rooms in need of some updating of furnishings, rooms and even elevator cars a bit "beat up" from normal wear and use but need some attention for this otherwise 4 star hotel.
