Pros: So clean and quiet. There was ice cream! Each evening from 5 to 7 a sundae bar, pretty good.

Pros: We have stayed here before on our way to Denver. It is a comfortable stop to make for us before we continue the next day. The breakfast was excellent and the room was nice and clean. Staff was fun to talk to and I hope the girl at the front counter looks into Ancestry.com concerning her family roots!

Pros: Courteous front desk staff.
Cons: I've stayed at this property several years and was greatly disappointed this time! The new truck stop across the road caused eighteen wheelers making noise all through the night. The window a/c units were terribly loud. When we complained the front desk gal said she was aware of this. Management has let this property really go downhill. We returned to our room at the end of the day to find the maid service skipped us! We had to call for clean towels. The curtains leave a lot of light shining in. The beds were uncomfortable and barely there thin blankets on the bed. There's not a lot to choose from in Burlington but I was really happy to see an almost completed Marriott going in across the road. I stay here because I have family in Burlington. Otherwise, I'd skip staying in this town altogether. The staff is courteous and my disappointment is strictly with the comfort and lack of attendance to the room condition and quality control of servicing the rooms. The maid cart was in the hallway when we left our room the morning it was not cleaned.

Pros: The staff were very nice, the room was nice and clean. The extras in bathroom were nice!
Cons: Very noisy from shower up stairs, and kids running in hallway at 10pm! Pillows were awfully uncomfortable, and laundry room was loud with staff talking loud at night, was on 1st floor next to it.
