Pros: The Cleaning Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were clean and the location was great.
Cons: Front desk staff was not friendly or accommodating. My booking.com information did not match the room we received also stated I could pay at the hotel but took it out of my card prior to check in

Pros: This hotel was clean, the room was nice, and the desk clerks were friendly.
Cons: The dial on the bed that allows you to change the firmness was broken. My husband slept great, but I may as well have been sleeping on concrete.

Cons: Meals not available at certain times on ththe east coast meals available until 10 pm. So aft were aware of a light issue in the bathroom but it took two days to get it fixed. They did provide breakfast vouchers for two days.

Cons: The noise level in my room was unacceptable. I have stayed in several hotels in this area. This hotel is the worst with respect to noise. I have stayed twice and both times the noise level has kept me awake at night. I won't stay here again.

Check in (and out) was simple. Even though my room was right across from the elevator, it was quiet. I did hear the person above me thumping around, but it wasn't too bad. There was a Kuerig in the room with at least 6 options of coffee/tea to choose from, but only 2 creamers. The lobby always had coffee available and lots of creamers, so I just went to the lobby to get coffee with cream. The room was large. It had a chair and ottoman, desk with ergonomic chair, dresser with tv, nightstands and the coffee station that had small fridge in bottom. The closet had a nice amount of hangers. I really wish it would have had a safe in the room. I don't like leaving my stuff out. There was ample parking, and had a very nice shopping center across the street with lots of restaurants to choose from. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.
Pros: The room was a nice size and clean.
Cons: I thought the breakfast was free, but the waiter that came over said the buffet was $10.71 after tax. I skipped it because I was only going to have one item.

Pros: The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of parking.
Cons: Breakfast was too busy. I'm used to the sit down restaurant. Third floor was crazy because of a large girls sports team that was very noisy. One elevator for cleaning staff and guests is not adequate. Maid did not like being put off from cleaning the room although I communicated in Spanish that we were getting ready for a wedding and that we would be gone in 30 minutes and could she please wait. Her face seemed to say that I guess she could be inconvenienced. Did not receive HH points because of booking through 3rd party.

Pros: The staff was very accommodating to give us extra pillows, blankets, and even a couple plates and bowls to use in the room. The cleanliness and size of the "accessible" room was great.
Cons: The room was not particularly accommodating in having requested an accessible needs room. While the room size helped accessibility, there was nothing else that made it accessible.
