Pros: This is a beautiful hotel, and every employee we encountered was polite, efficient, and gracious. The Mining Exchange provided the best experience we've ever experienced in a hotel. We loved it!
Cons: The only poor service we experienced was the slow wifi. But we were there for pleasure, not work, so it was a small annoyance.

Pros: Excellent conversion of a downtown office space into a first-rate hotel. The decor and appointments were outstanding. The staff was responsive to our every need. The restaurant, Springs Orleans, became our favorite local restaurant.
Cons: Our room was small-ish.

Pros: Great location in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. They upgraded our room to a corner room on the top floor which had all the amenities you could want. Relaxing atmosphere, very pleasant staff. Wonderful experience. Would recommend to friends.
Cons: Parking was odd. Lot was a block away and needed to pay in and pay out so wasn't very clearly told that upon arrival. Other than that, flawless experience.
