Pros: Location was great and staff was amazing. The room was perfect for a family of 3-4. I liked the fact that a two bedroom suite was an option. I am not sure of the name of the house keeper but she was always smiling and a pleasure to talk to. Also, great location. Plenty of restaurants and food places near by. Not to mention, 2 grocery stores.
Cons: Payment is becoming an issue. First, I didn't know about the $20 a day fee "just in case"'of damages. I didn't have any damages but they still have the money on hold, which is very inconvenient.
