Denver Art Museum 100 W 14th Avenue Pkway; is at the s. end of Civic Center, on 14th Avenue Parkway, 1 blk. w. of Broadway. The entrance is located between 12th and 13th avenues at the Sie Welcome Center, a circular structure composed of 25 foot high, curved glass panels that connect the Martin and Hamilton buildings. More than 1 million faceted glass tiles cover the 24-sided Martin Building, which was designed by Gio Ponti. The Frederic C. Hamilton Building, designed by Daniel Libeskind, is clad in titanium and resembles the jagged peaks of the nearby Rocky Mountains.

The museum’s collection encompasses 10 departments: the Ancient Americas, architecture and design, Asia, European and American before 1900, Latin America, modern and contemporary, Native Arts (African, Indigenous Art of North America and Oceanic), photography, textile and fashion, and Western America. Artists represented include Ansel Adams, Albert Bierstadt, Mark Bradford, Alexander Calder, Mary Cassatt, Edgar Degas, Jeffrey Gibson, Georgia O'Keeffe, Henri Matisse, Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso, Frederic Remington, Charles Russell and Andy Warhol.

The Hamilton Building showcases African arts, modern and contemporary art, and the arts of Oceania collections. Current and upcoming exhibitions will focus on contemporary artists including contemporary Indigenous artists, fashion, design and more.
