Pros:
Cons: There was a problem with one if the rooms. I changed the guest names on 1 room on your end but the hotel was not made aware. It caused a real problem when checking in

Pros: Centrally located and Free WiFi.
Cons: This was the noisiest hotel stay I've ever had! Despite the fact that we requested a quiet room, our room faced Stout Street, which had tons of street noise from train bells and street traffic. Add to that, our room had the loudest air conditioner, even with our ear plugs, the noise could not be drowned out. We got no sleep for the 3 nights we stayed. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they said that due to it being a historic building, this is was to be expected. I found this non-apology disappointing because I've stayed in many historic hotels all over the world, and have never had an AC unit as loud and clunky as this one! We cancelled our reservation for a future stay, and found that the Hotel Monaco just a block away is truly a boutique hotel-clean and quiet, and worth the money.

Pros: Breakfast included was nice. Central to Downtown Denver.
Cons: Location is great - close to downtown, but that meant hearing the trolley/train throughout the night. Made it a little difficult to sleep.

Pros: Central location
Cons: Dark environment. Noisy air-conditioning, could not hear TV when on, definitely not sleep. Expensive and $38 per night for your car!
