Pros: Beautiful interior decor. Very inviting My son loved the balony Husband liked the Shampoo
Cons: When I arrived, I was disappointed to find out that we had to pay $13.00 to park the car off site ourselves or $19.00 to have vallet park it in the garage. Then frstrated to find out that we had to pay for WIFI. We have NEVER had to pay to park our car at a hotel. Vallet, I understand but ourselves, NO. We were really bothered that she kept saying oh no,sorry, you didn't get that service.3 When you purchased the tickets under it never stated I had to pay Xtra to park and Xtra to have wifi.

Pros: Room was clean and very comfortable. Overall the hotel was nice and felt like it had been updated recently. The location to the freeways was convenient. Staff was friendly.
Cons: The close vicinity of the train by the hotel was awful. I was woken up every hour throughout the night, and the horn was heard all throughout the day. Paying for parking and internet is a ripoff. If this hotel really is a business center like it tries to market itself, then they are going to lose customers due to that. It's a per day charge as well. It's not in a great location and parking on the street to save money doesn't feel like a better alternative. I feel if the internet and parking were free, and they advertised that the train would be heard that would be great. If they put earplugs in the rooms for the guests there would be a lot less unhappy people.

Pros: The lobby was beautiful and the rooms were pretty nice just could have been cleaner. Staff was very friendly as well.
Cons: I found several black hairs in our room and the walls and lamp needed wiped down. Plus it was very inconvenat to have to pay to park in their garage after an already pricy room.
solo traveller
Pros: Bed was comfortable, business center facilities were decent, the lobby bar area is quite good
Cons: The pictures make the hotel look way better than it actually is. The foyer / lobby is modern, the rooms and hallways are all very dated. The train line is extremely noisy and I was woken up multiple times in the middle of the night because of the trains blowing their horns. I have a high tolerance for noise so this was pretty surprising.
mature couple
Pros: Food exceeded our expectations-both breakfast & lunch.
Cons: No refrigerator (or sign saying we could call for one), or safe in the room.
