Pros:
Cons: Our room wasn't ready when we got there which we didn't find out until walking into the wrong room! Front desk comped is an extra room and assured our room would be ready the next day. Next day they wanted us to check out and take all of our stuff out of our room until our room was ready a few hours later. After a call to the head of IHG guest services we got our room a little after noon and didn't have to check out. (All this hassle caused us to lose a day in Denver) All this time they told me I would get a refund for the difference in what I paid for the first night and what I got (room wise) I was skeptical because they all kept telling me they would fix it at the end. But they ensured me they made notes so it would be okay. Skip to check out on Sunday, the guest services lady was the rudest person I have ever met and she did not care at all about my stay. I came up after breakfast asking about changing the charges at check out and she had no idea what I was taking about. She took her time looking through a couple papers then told me there was nothing there that she could see or do. I asked to speak to a manager since I had still not seen a manager during my whole stay and she told me there was no one else there for me to talk to. After another call to the head IHG guest services (30 minute long conversation) I find out that I am getting a refund and that the front desk associate LIED to the guest services lady and said she told me she was working on finding it. The communication between staff absolutely sucks! They had me in tears out of frustration!

Pros: The complementary breakfast was great. Pool was great. Staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Great place to stay.
Cons: Saw a couple stains but wasn't bad. There were so many options for breakfast and that was fantastic but the bagels tasted old and a couple other food items weren't "great". But still enjoyed it.

Pros: The room was spacious and enough for my two kids and me. Loved the pool and the breakfast area. The kitchenette was awesome with all the utensils, bowls and such you may need. Nice getaway with the comforts of home. And the front desk lady gave my daughter a coloring book and colors when she came in.
Cons: I didn't like that I put I was going to pay in cash but when you get there, they state they can't take the cash as it was booked with a credit card. Well yeah you have to have a credit card to book it but was going to pay for it with cash. That was very unnerving plus the $75 hold on top of that for damage deposit or whatever they say. That was not stated anywhere until you get there and then you have to do it because you're already there. So finances were a little messed up with this hotel stay but at least the room and pool made it a little better.
