Pros: * A later responsable did all to correct the initial cold infriendly reception(ist) * a spacious room with all the perks, great for an extended stay
Cons: We were redtapely denied an early check-in on policy rules only and had to wait hours to get access to the first best room. Not customer friendly.

Pros: The bed was very nice and comfy. The staff was friendly and was eager to help when we had a problem. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.
Cons: We had 4 adults and the pull out bed only fit one. Our extra person had to sleep on the chaise--luckily, it was comfortable. It was a bit short, though.

Pros: Staff was friendly and awesome. Salad and soup bar was a nice treat....Didn't have to go out for dinner. Complimentary beer was yummy. Breakfast was good as well. Good atmosphere. Room set up was homey and comfortable. I'll be staying again for sure.
Cons: The price gouging that every hotel every where does. Big event comes to town, lay the hammer down. Not unique to this hotel but frustrating none the less as a solo traveler who stays in Denver 20 plus nights a year. $100 plus dollar swings.
