Pros: the staff
Cons: it appeared much closer on a map to downtown than it really was, but still wasn't too far to walk. Also, construction in front of the hotel made it very difficult to find and detracted from the overall aesthetic.

Pros: Convenient, well kept, comfortable, reasonably priced, friendly staff.
Cons: Parking was a bit of an issue. Lot is not large enough to accommodate all the cars so it is necessary to park in garage across the street. The problem with that is you have to go to the front desk every time you need to park to pick up the pass.

Great stay at a nice...
Pros: The best thing about my stay was the front desk person when checking in. She was very helpful and welcoming which always starts off a hotel stay on the right foot. I also went back the second day with an early check-out request and shuttle reservation and the same person was also extremely helpful. I appreciate good customer service and that's what I got. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Appreciated having a fully-equipped kitchen which I used for a few in-room meals.
Cons: The mattress was a little thin and rather firm, but nothing horrible. I could hear some voices coming from adjacent rooms at times so the soundproofing could be better - but that seems to be a problem at most hotels these days. Both of these issues were minor.

Okay
Pros: The hotel its self was nice. The first firl i dealt with was nice. We had some issuses with the payment and the computers. Well the girl was trying to get ahold of a manger with multiple fails she final reached one who was rude to her amd when he finally showed up for me to talk to him he almost had the young girl in tears saying it was her fault. This was the worst experience i have ever had at a hotel and for my first trip to denver it was a good one because of it.
