The exposed brick walls, historic photos, fresh flowers and light wood wine storage combine to create a classy, casual atmosphere. A bar fills the lower level, but the upstairs has a quieter dining area. Entrées include Colorado lamb, bison, lobster, elk, chicken and fish. The steak had a nice flavor but an unusual cut, which took too much effort to slice gracefully. I fared better with the escolar; the pea sauce complemented the meaty white fish, and the gnocchi had a light truffle flavor.
