Famous for his upscale Italian restaurants, acclaimed chef Frank Bonanno forages into new territory with this casual Asian-fusion eatery. The lunch menu consists of unique appetizers, salads, noodle dishes and desserts while the dinner menu has a few additional offerings. Start with the pork steamed buns; portions are large enough to share. The noodle dishes feature popular Japanese and Chinese noodles combined with Western and Asian ingredients (i.e. Ramen with poached lobster, edamame, miso lobster broth and soba with seared rare ahi tuna, summer squash and grapefruit ponzu). Dinner entrées include miso marinated steak, ahi tuna burger and shrimp lettuce wraps. Expect casual service in a relaxed atmosphere.
