Each dish is presented at the table with artistry and precision, and each bite bursts with flavor. The menu changes seasonally, but you can count on Seidel's consistent innovation. His passion for farm-fresh ingredients led him to start his own farm, which includes a spacious green house and chickens. Entrées feature pork, Colorado lamb, duck, beef, fish and scallops. Outstanding desserts, such as the spiced pumpkin cake and lemon meringue pie, make a memorable ending to any meal. Although the food is high quality, the restaurant is not at all stuffy. You can relax and be casual.
