Located in the popular Highlands neighborhood, this casual eatery is reminiscent of an Italian bistro. Co-owner Simone Parisi grew up in Italy and learned to cook from his mother and extended family. The concept is a little different, as the service is limited. However, the food is outstanding, making this affordable restaurant worth finding. The menu consists of authentic pasta dishes, pizzas and paninis. The pizza biancas or white pizzas do not have tomato sauce but are simple and flavorful. Purchase decadent desserts from the deli case located in a separate area of the restaurant. Gelato made in small batches, cannolis, tarts, tiramisù and handmade chocolate truffles are some of the desserts served.
