Here, they've created a special 'dough room' that mimics the weather and humidity of Naples. The dough is on the thinner side, but has a nice, chewy crust. Unlike American-style pizza, the cheese is on the lighter side; ask for more if you prefer. Gourmet toppings such as grana Padano cheese, broccolini and prosciutto di Parma allow for specialty pizzas. Yet, you have the freedom to build your own pie from more standard toppings. The rich, budino butterscotch pudding is just the right size for a sweet treat.
