After spending 10 years working with Wolfgang Puck, chef Jennifer Jasinski brought her culinary talent to Colorado, where she met her current business partner and sommelier, Beth Gruitch. They opened Rioja in 2004 and have been receiving numerous awards and accolades ever since, including a James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef Southwest. The seasonal menu consists of delicious handmade pastas, seafood, Colorado lamb, duck and steak entrées.
