The fourth restaurant from the James Beard Award-winning chef Jennifer Jasinski and her business partner Beth Gruitch, this place takes seafood to a different level. Start with the octopus, served warm with a nice char, complemented by a slightly sweet pickled onion and dill pistachio pesto. The paella moderna takes all of the elements of a traditional paella, deconstructed for something new. The fried triangle of saffron rice would make an amazing meal even without the seafood accompanying it. Granitas, flavored shaved ices, accompany fresh oysters and are a main component of the light, fruity cocktails. The modern décor adds a different type of classy look to the historic train station housing this restaurant.
