My son and I truly...
Pros: Staff most friendly . . . historical tour was excellent . . . from an historical perspective, I loved it.
Cons: First assigned room had no heat. I am 82, and easily get chilled. We were assigned another room quickly, and all was well.

Pros: Great location. If you are into Whisky, the 900 or 1000 different Whisky's will delight you.
Cons: When we went to take a shower in the morning, the water was only lukewarm.

Pros: The only thing I liked was the view.
Cons: The hotel was like staying at a below average hotel and the staff was extremely unhelpful with the exception of a couple people. Not worth the money at all.
