This story begins when famed chef Thomas Salamunovich put the gourmet Larkburger on the menu at Larkspur, his fine dining restaurant in Vail, Colorado. The delicious, 100% natural burger became so popular, Salamunovich created a fast-food restaurant around it. Now a small chain, the juicy, flavorful, all-natural Angus beef and turkey burgers are heavenly. Hand-cut fries, seasoned with grated Parmesan cheese and truffle oil, make the perfect accompaniment.
