Pricing Run Around
Pros: Very nice accommodations. The room was clean with nice, little touches everywhere.
Cons: I booked through booking.com at this motel because of the price. The website told me my card would not be charged and we would pay the motel directly. When I checked in, the girl at the front desk seemed clueless about the price through booking.com and tried to charge me more. She said she "couldn't access" on her PC what booking.com had charged. Despite the fact I showed her my confirmation email from booking.com that included a total price (including tax), she still charged me more than I was suppose to pay. When I checked out, I tried to explain again to a different front desk person about the mix-up. I got a different song and dance about why the charge was more. This was very frustrating! But what really upset me is the motel has put a hold on my bank account for far more than the room was suppose to cost. Now my funds are tied up. I don't know if the problem is on booking.com's or Hampton Inn's end, but I probably won't use either again.

Cons: Talked to the front desk personal about people smoking on the patio next to the pool even when I mentioned colorado law bans all smoking within 15 feet of any entrance I was told just don't go out there even though I was out there with our 2 grandkids who are 4 years old before other patron entered and started smoking I feel the front desk personal just didn't care and was to lazy to do any thing I guess being on there cell phone was more important I am blogging about this and I hope other people will be for warned that this is a smoking hotel and guest do not matter

Pros: Overall service. Lots of towels! Cleaning staff was efficient and friendly.
Cons: Showerhead too high, not adjustable, no bars for safe accessibility in and out of shower,not enough strategically placed hooks for towels, robes, etc; hooks available were too high,the suite needs more blocked off area for modesty.

Cons: We had (2) day reservation but only stayed one night because the conditions were very, very poor. Sit on the bed and the person on the other side went flying off, the bathroom was freezing, there was NO HEAT in the bathroom the floor was like walking on a ice cubes. Ask to cancel BUT COULD NOT BECAUSE WE HAD BOOKED WITH (BOOKING.COM).
Therefor, I am complaing to you and will not be using this service again if these are the conditions of your service.

Pros: We loved the room, the comfy bed, the breakfast, and the location! The hotel is right next to a number of great sit-down restaurants. The room was nice and quiet. We have already decided our next stay in Greeley, CO will be back here!
