Cons: The heater only blew one temperature no matter what temp it was set on. So hot it was unbearable. We ended up running the a/c to control the temp.

We stay at hotels all the time - variety - this one is the best one we've been in (other than luxary hotels) in the past 3 years! Great staff, cleanliness, variety and extensiveness of breakfast, great location - All great things about this hotel!

Pros: The Marriott organization re-priced our bank of rooms for Sunday night 8/1. That was really appreciated. The staff was very considerate of our circumstances.
Cons: My wife Linda passed away on Friday 8/31 and the hotel helped secure EMT to transport her to the hospital.

Pros: The decorations were very modern that gave the hotel a very happy, clean vibe. Cleansing staff was great.
Cons: My fiancé and i checked in fairly late. We are a young couple, but nevertheless we are respectful, paying customers. We checked in and the hotel had issues finding our reservation, which was most likely booking's fault. Then we went to get settleded in our room. I needed to ask for late check out so I stood in the front waiting for 20 minutes before I gave up. We can back an hour later to grab some food you can buy upfront. I didn't know if anyone was going to come help us (because no one did last time) so we waited for a while. When we were about to leave (and obviously pay later because no one bothered to come help us even when we called for help) a blonde lady came out with a huge attitude. We were later told her name is sherry. She acted like we were about to steal the food and then gave us dirty looks and short comments while she rang us up. I asked to use part of a gift card to pay patrially, but she had to manually type in both payments so we said Nevermind and handed her a card to make a full payment on. She very rudely said "that wouldnt work for me anyway," as if typing in 16digits was above her job description. The rest of the staff was awesome, but in the morning after I complained about sherry's lack of understanding or manners the other employee basically said I'm sorry but that's the way she is. Not happy with how they handled my complant. Besides tht it was a good experience I guess.
