Pros: Nice room, ok location for summer but not as nice as many other CO ski towns
Cons: Ridiculous prices with a "Keystone Surcharge" of almost 10% added to all bills. I'd had enough when I had to pay $6 for a 99 cent chapstick. Staff were either outstanding or extremely rude. I've never been to a place with such inconsistency

Pros: This hotel was actually too far away from the ski slopes. The check-in guy offered to apply the same pre-payment to a room in their sister property closer to the slopes, so we switched to the other hotel, Inn at Keystone.
Cons: too far from the ski slopes, need to get on a shuttle bus. Instead we switched to a closer hotel, from where we could just walk to ski lift.
