Located in a historic home, this bistro offers a variety of martinis and specialty cocktails. Flavorful entrées include all-natural Colorado rib-eye, Italian-style seafood stew, and grilled salmon. Desserts change nightly, but may include a chocolate hazelnut torte, cheesecake and creme brûlée. The white wine lobster butter sauce was as good as it sounds and was actually one of the lighter pasta sauces. The petit fours were easy to share, if you want just a little something sweet.
