Pros: I like the friendly staff, great full breakfast had a good variety of food. Indoor swimming pool was a good feature with jacuzzi inside & outside. Nice seating area to relax down stairs in lobby area.
Cons: Wifi didn't work properly. Very very slow. Most of time could not connect to Internet. Parking lot was small. Filled up fast had to park on back street.

Pros: The room was comfortable and the beds felt just right. The staff was very friendly, both at the front desk and breakfast room. The patio in the front was clean and comfortable to sit and just relax. The breakfast was very good with great cinnamon rolls.
Cons: The towels did not seem very absorbent. The air conditioner was a little loud. The entrance into the hotel is not well marked.

Pros: New, clean property.
Cons: Front desk agent did not greet me and he kept me waiting at check out. Really did not appreciate that first thing in the morning when I'm trying to get out of there and to my first meeting. How hard would it have been for him to say, "Good morning, I'll be right with you." ? As it was I was already check-out and did not even need to stop by the front desk. He wasted my time.

Pros: Hotel has a great, comfortable, spacious seating area for getting together with people in your group who are all staying in different rooms. The outdoor area is also very nice.
Cons: The hotel is sort of wedged between a grocery store, a church, and a bank, so the entrance can be a little hard to find and navigate through. Parking can be hard to find if the hotel is busy.

Pros: I really enjoyed the Breakfast. The woman on duty there was very nice and helpful.
The lobby was very open and inviting.
The pool area was very nice.
Cons: The tub/shower in my room. It was handy capped which was fine. However there were so many grab bars that when standing to have a shower the bars take up so much room that you have to almost stand there with your feet together. With the curtain hanging partly in the tub, to step over a little you step on the curtain which almost made me fall out.(So the grab bars which are there to make it safer and easier almost did the opposite)

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Bed really comfy. Large bath. Loved having second sink outside bath and outside mirrors too. Good breakfast, but only one overwhelmed worker trying to keep all food and silverware and juice stocked. But she was amazing and kept smiling (and literally running around) thru it all. Impressive.
Cons: Bedroom carpet dirty. Wouldn't have noticed, but dropped earring and had to search floor. Not good experience.

Pros: Location was good. Lobby and breakfast were both good.
Cons: We had checked in and we're getting our belongings out of our car in front of the entrance. Suddenly an employee came up and told me that I was going to have to move my car so the tour bus could unload! She was direct and rude. I told her it would be moved as soon as we got unloaded. Then when I went to rinse my hair out after my shower I was horrified to see a used bar of soap and a half used bottle of shampoo at the back of the shower. All they could say is we are sorry.

Pros: The location was great for my purposes, just a stop over on my way through. On the main road and easy to find. Close to Canyon of the Gunnnison which was a stunning place to visit!
Cons: I had to wait a while when checking in. I normally wouldn't mind but was due to be on an important call which I conveyed. A few people came in after me and got their room straight away. Took a second person on reception to get me a room 40 minutes after stated check-in time, was really glad she stood in but still, disappointing.
