Tiny Town and Railroad is off US 285 at 6249 Turkey Creek Rd. The 10-acre Tiny Town is a miniature children’s village begun in 1915. More than 100 buildings in rural, town and mountain settings are featured, including a toy store, grocery, saloon, church, ice cream shop, newspaper office and bank. Town houses are Victorian-style reproductions. Visitors can ride an authentic miniature open-air train through the town, and children can enter some of the buildings. Food is available. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
$5; $3 (ages 2-12). Train $2.
Hours: Daily 10-5, Memorial Day-Labor Day; Sat.-Sun. 10-5, May 1-day before Memorial Day and day after Labor Day-Sept. 30 (weather permitting).
