Pros: The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. It was hot and we had lots of choices between the yummy blueberry pancakes one morning to the crispy bacon and eggs. Our favorite was the delicious potatoes/ hash browns. The hotel is furnished so beautifully and the location was perfect! Very beautiful hotel.
Cons: The full size bed in the King Suite was very uncomfortable. Also the headboard creaks eveytime you even sit on it or move . Not a pleasant sound. The wifi could be better. It was so slow and didn't work at times. Other guests at the breakfast table said the same thing about the wifi.

Pros:
Cons: The room picture and description was not at all what we got.I reserved a queen room with 2 queen bed stating satellite channels, full screen tv and what we got was not 1 but 2 small bedrooms joined by a tiny bathroom between the rooms. No tv. felt like a childs bedroom in size..Nothing at all of what the picture showed online of what we had reserved . I called the owner and he told me that that is the queen room... and why am I calling and bi...ing at him on Sunday morning. He would not listen to what I had to say and kept cutting me off. He then blamed booking.com for having the inaccurate picture. Yet I went on St. Elmo website in Ouray and the do not have a picture at all of that room on their sight. They have only 3 room pictures to view not each room. I guess its a gamble if you're actually going to get the room you see in the picture. Very expensive room and nothing at all like the picture showed. Cannot believe they blamed booking.com. Then supposed another owner got on and got extremely rude and told me I should never go back there again. I am a normal person, did not yell...could not believe this is their idea of customer service. Never been treated like this before. False advertising at its best there.

Pros: This hotel is awesome! Old west charm. You feel as though you've stepped back in time. Located on main street Ouray. Only regret is not spending more time at the hotel. So busy jeeping, riding motorcycles and doing the town. Next time I'll add an extra day just to relax and soak up the St.Elmo experience. Couldn't have been more pleased.
Cons: Not getting to stay longer!!!
