Yampa River Botanic Park, 1 mi. s. on US 40, then w. on Trafalgar Ln. to Pamela Ln., following signs to 1000 Pamela Ln., contains plants, flowers, ornamentals and trees native to the Yampa River basin. Among the gardens are those devoted to day lilies, irises, roses, native plants, spring bulbs and medicinal herbs. A pond complements the surroundings.

Pets are not permitted.

Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
