For apres ski, order a specialty cocktail and some small plates like the fried calamari, bacon-wrapped dates, and braised barbecue pig "wings." If you're on a health kick, fill up on the hearty kale, avocado and farro salad. Entrées include wild mushroom risotto, pork osso buco and Colorado lamb t-bone. The restaurant is open for lunch in the winter season.
