AAA Inspector Notes
Named after the Tomboy Gold Mine, the richest in Telluride history, this gastropub features décor inspired by its namesake. Start with a unique cocktail like the "Prickly Path Margarita," created with house-made sour, prickly pear purée and Suerte Silver tequila, or a local craft beer. The menu includes local and sustainable ingredients and Western-inspired cuisine. Try the crunchy pretzel-crusted pork schnitzel sandwich served on a chewy pretzel roll. Other options include shrimp tacos, pan-roasted rainbow trout and baby back ribs. Enjoy the view of the mountain from the slope-side patio.
