Pros: Outstanding breakfast and service. Lovely room and amenities. Housekeeping professional and prompt. Concierge's were marvelous people.
Cons: Activities in Lionshead were limited. (more interesting shopping, restaurants, viewing in Vail Village) Virtually zero nightlife after 9pm. Better hiking options.

Pros: the beds were like a cloud.
Cons: our unit hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, there was dust on the shelves, shutters, tables. The beds were nice, the elevator was out of order so you had to walk through a labyrinth of hallways to find your way back to your room or the pool.

Pros: The staff were polite and accommodating. The location is fantastic. The property was clean
Cons: The restaurant for breakfast. The service is slow the food is very basic for a 5 star hotel there should be better food options.. The service was inconsistent one day im not charged anything, the next there ia only service charge, the next they started charging us for hot chicolate and any coffee other than black coffee, one day the provide us with free pastries the next they dont. They bring coffee and forget the milk until it cools down. They are confused. What to charge and what not. White bread finishes and I dont see them replacing it. The breakfast should end later than 11, we are on holiday we are supposed to sleep in then have our breakfast not have to set an alarm not to miss it.
