Pros: Friendly/helpful staff, delicious breakfast room service, beautiful pool/hot tub/gym, luxurious bathroom, great views from the room, amazing location adjacent to the slopes with great restaurants in the hotel.
Cons: My room was amazing but needed a little maintenance: the bathroom door wouldn't shut easily because the floor was protruding, some of the furniture looked a little beat up. While the internet was free, it did cut out a lot making it hard to get work done.

Great location... good rooms
Pros: Location is fantastic and I come to vail several times a year and usually stay at Lionshead, but this was terrific. Easy to get to gondola, shops and restaurants. Housekeeping was great and the rooms had all the things you need for a great kitchen. The restaurants in the hotel are decent too. The staff was friendly.
Cons: I booked a premier two bedroom and I would say if was a good two bedroom. The room was large and comfortable, but the view was terrible and much of the furniture and accessories were worn. Housekeeping was fantastic though so I didn’t feel like we were staying in a dirty place. If you stay near the restaurants, the hallways smell of the cooking/odor all day and night long.

This was a girls trip...
Pros: We liked the location of the condo/apartment in Vail Village Central. Great to walk to everything.
Cons: The condo/ apartment was damp and musty and food /beer was left in the cabinets. Musty almost to the point of feeling moldy. One is too far from the main lodge to enjoy the amenities and yet were charged with a resort fee. There is no staff on site.
