While you work out, play racquetball or get a massage, take advantage of the on-site childcare services. Guest room decor features gold, red and brown tones punctuated by nature photos on canvas. Pros: Spa
Cons: This hotel was probably fabulous 15 years ago... In much need of a renovation. Outdated bathrooms with old plumbing. Not worth the 4-star rating, nor was it worth the expense.

Pros: The hotels biggest asset if the ability to ski in and out as well as having a reliable shuttle every 10-15 minutes to and from Lionshead & Vail Village.
Cons: My only compliant about the "ski in and ski out" is that the slopes leading down to the hotel are quite difficult with black diamond and a difficult blue. Leaving beginner to intermediate skiers to take the shuttle which is fine but more of a hassle.

Pros: It's a ski in ski out location!
Cons: Purchased a hotel room but ended up in a condo! They claimed AA bought out the whole hotel for an event.
