Pros: The assistant general mgr was really friendly and tried to make up for weird things in our stay
Cons: Blankets hanging up in the elevator walls-not sure why but kind of creepy and worrisome. The room was in need of general maintanence. The bathroom light was broken and hanging down. The mgr was wanting to fix it but didn't have the materials. Upon arrival was told that our room was sold and the hotel was overbooked but no cars in the parking lot and didn't see anyone throughout our stay. Also was told on arrival that there were no double rooms so we had a king room which is difficult w 4 people. When getting into room, it was a double. It was like the mgr/ desk person had no idea what the rooms were. It was very bizarre!!

Cons: Our room was clear at the end of the hall & why can't they use glass coffee cups instead of paper. They also need to leave more than 1 coffee for 2 people.

Pros: Clean, comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't quite up to par of the Marriott brand. Despite there clearly being "no marijuana allowed", when I complained of someone smoking in the room next to us (we were inundated with the stench) the staff didn't seem to care much.

Pros: Very comfortable and quite room no road noise being next to the high way.
Cons: Hot tub was set for 5 minutes at a time. Can't relax in 5 minutes before you have to get out and set the timer again. Very inconvenient.

Pros: The only good things I have to say about this facility is the breakfast was good and Derek the night manager went above and beyond to try to make our stay a good one. Unfortunately things were out if his control. Housekeeping needs some serious help.
Cons: The bed was very hard! Had to go to three different rooms at check-in before the final one was ok. The first one had broken glass on the floor when you entered the room. The second one had a bed that was not made. The third one finally was ok.
