After a day at the beach, I like to head over to this old-fashioned outdoor clam bake for their incredible roasted clams and lobster.
AAA Inspector Notes
Classic. Dining experiences are memorable at this outdoor clambake. Since 1971, patrons have sat on tree-stump chairs to watch cooks prepare their meals over the fire pit. The menu is limited to shellfish, lobster, chicken, steak and corn on the cob. The owners encourage guests to B.Y.O.B. and other side accompaniments such as salad or beans. A large, red-and-white canopy protects diners from the elements in case of bad weather. Open only on weekends in October.
