We were attending a convention and the hotel provided transportation to the convention center on the banquet night. The staff make a good effort to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
Pros: Hartford does not have many restaurants that stay open after 10:00 p.m. on Sunday night. Knowing this, the Homewood Suites sell frozen entrees that can be cooked in the kitchen in your room. They also provide free dinner on Monday - Thursday evenings.

Pros: While the meals supplied for breakfast to the hotel patrons was excellent, the light evening meal (also included in the cost of the room) was also fantastic. It was so nice to have a dinner served at the hotel at the end of a busy business day.

it was ok, not great.
Pros: it was only hotel available, i usually stay at Hilton, but it was booked. room was fairly clean, and I liked having ceiling fan so I didn't have to run AC. Staff was nice and helpful.
Cons: location a bit seedy, lobby uncomfortable and not furnished very well, gift / snack shop didn't have much variety, elevators inconvenient.
