Pros: Proximity to xl center
Cons: Noise - our room was over a bar with an outdoor patio, they put us in wrong room when we first arrived, my credit card was compromised right after my stay there. Front desk gave me some excuse about it being an error with bookings.com, had my card for a while - none of it made since.

Pros: The bed and pillows were great and the room perfect. Near many of the main attractions of Hartford -- good restaurants, Amtrak, Bushnell Park, the State Capitol. Everyone was great, from our maids to the desk people.
Cons: The lobby and food areas were getting facelifts, which required use of temporary facilities. But it was like an adventure, especially when the electricity was off for breakfast on the second floor on our first morning in Hartford. Fortunately, the hotel's breakfast server/hostess had windows and shades open and had a great attitude, giving us a great start to the day. A lot of words that don't really add up to not liking the place. We had a fine time, all in all.
