family with young children
Cons: I did not get the room I paid for. Very disappointing.

Pros: The rooms were a incredible value.
Cons: Nope, everything was great.
Pros: The layout of the room was unique.
Cons: Being charged to park.
Pros: Within walking distance to just about everything in downtown Hartford. Nice restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. Staff was very nice.
Cons: Rooms need more color. With the high ceilings and everything painted white it was a little odd with no warmth. A/C didn't work well. I had it cut all the way down and it still would not get very cool. Bathroom floor grout was gross to the point that I covered it with towels. Looked like blood (I hope it wasn't) had seeped into it.
