Jonathan Trumbull House Museum is off SR 87 on Lebanon Green. The 1735 house was the home of the Revolutionary War governor of Connecticut, said to be the only Colonial governor to support the war. Trumbull was a counselor to George Washington and housed a detachment of Comte de Rochambeau's army.
Behind the house is the Wadsworth Stable. Also featured is the William Beaumont House, which contains displays of surgical instruments.
